I'm Neha, a UX designer who works at the intersection of research, human behavior, and machine intelligence.

I started in communication design. Spent four years shipping across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise. From Razorpay to a design studio, and independently with clients across four continents. Now I'm finishing an MS in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University, where I also teach HCI Design and Web Design.

The question that drives my work: how should AI behave when a human is depending on it? That question lives in every project I take on, from clinical AI tools for hospital pharmacists to product showcases for 8 million merchants to the speculative platform designed to expose where health app surveillance logic ultimately leads.

I research, design, prototype, and push until the product earns the trust it's asking for. Currently open to full-time roles in the US.

FAQs

Things You're Probably Wondering

Can you work with developers?

Yes. I speak both “design” and “please check the padding in the CSS.” My goal is to make handoff as smooth as possible.

Do you use AI in your workflow?

Absolutely. I use AI to explore ideas faster, generate variations, and prototype concepts, but the final product decisions are still driven by user needs and design thinking.

What’s one thing you’ll always advocate for?

Accessibility. Good design should work for as many people as possible, not just the people in the demo.

Why should we work together?

Because I bring a mix of curiosity, empathy, and a healthy obsession with making things better. I love turning messy problems into simple, meaningful experiences.

How many tabs are open right now?

Somewhere between “focused” and “conducting a personal usability study on browser performance.”

Still have questions?

I have answers (hopefully good ones).
